「神是我們的避難所」...十號風球下的避風塘 ... Shelter and hurricane, 'God is our refuge and strength'

十號風球下的避風塘：
望向避風塘南面出口，
大水一浪接一浪漫過防波堤，
巨浪不斷衝擊淹浸海邊道路，
但避風塘內水面平靜，對比何等強烈？
這情景令我想起自己有如船隻在避風塘中，安穩停靠。
於是聯想起聖經中多次提到「神是我們的避難所」這比喻，
好奇搜尋之下，原來有以下一段，形容頗貼切：
「神是我們的避難所，
是我們的力量，
是我們在患難中隨時的幫助。
所以地雖改變，
山雖搖動到海心，
其中的水雖匉訇翻騰，
山雖因海漲而戰抖，
我們也不害怕。」(詩篇46:1-3)

A super hurricane has attacked the Aberdeen Typhoon (Storm) Shelter today,
waves were attacking the shelter, but the calmness inside the shelter has reminded me of Psalm 46:1-3:
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.”
