補充:紫外光越強,天與海越藍;
Patches of dark blue. 1:02 p.m. 17.5.2018 |
Artwork on a deep blue sea
What a sea of deep blue!
How
attractive and ever changing are the 'patterns' on the sea!
It's
the artwork of nature's sunlight, sea current, and the wind,
as
well as ships leaving their tails behind.
Sometimes
it's also tinted by shades of clouds in the sky above
when
you see some patches of dark blue in the sea.
P.S. The stronger the UV, the deeper is the blue color.
The
blue color is deeper in the afternoon than in the morning.
It
also depends on the direction of the sunlight
and
the direction and height where the shot is taken,
and of course the air quality and visibility.
and of course the air quality and visibility.
For example, the second and third photos were taken on the next day (17.5.2018) in the afternoon,
and the sea was not as deep blue as the first photo,
and there were less distinct patterns.
and the sea was not as deep blue as the first photo,
and there were less distinct patterns.
However, the deep blue patches contrasted more clearly with the light blue areas. This might be due to the water current or the shades from the clouds.
I agree with the following descriptions in the article ‘Praising God’s Goodness' in today's Our Daily Bread (May 17 2018) :
“We all have a story to tell about God’s
love—whether we write or sing or tell it. For some, our experiences may be
dramatic or intense—like the writer of Psalm 136 who recounted how God
delivered His people from captivity and conquered His enemies (vv. 10–15).
Others may simply describe God’s marvelous creation: “who by his understanding
made the heavens . . . spread out the earth upon the waters . . . made the
great lights— . . . the sun to govern the day . . . the moon and stars to
govern the night” (vv. 5–9).”
