兩年前的7月15日，偶遇反雲隙光的最後一刻，
不料兩年後的今晚，在相約時間又再重遇。
近期連日天朗氣清，
便偶爾也留意夜幕低垂前，
是否有反雲隙光。
早前曾見過非常隱約的，
而今晚幾乎是完整地欣賞到整個過程，
多道隙光清晰分明，歷時十二分鐘。
現場觀看，由於範圍廣闊，氣勢較照片更磅礡。
照片所見白色帶點粉紫紅色的，便是夕照餘暉，
從西射向東邊天空的反雲隙光。
反雲隙光通常出現在有少許雲遮擋夕陽的晴朗夏天，
夕陽紅光從雲間透射，照向東邊沒有雲的晴空，
才形成如此奇妙的景象，但亦要空氣清新、
沒有煙霞或霧霾時才能看得如此清晰壯觀。
時間大概是日落之前的十餘分鐘，
過後便消失得無影無踪，
何其隱約、何其短暫、何等壯觀！

Anti-crepuscular rays after a two years' wait
Two years ago, I first saw V-shaped
anti-crepuscular rays at the back of this hill.
Tonight, I saw them again in the same position,
but even much stronger, more distinct, and
almost the whole process from the start to the end.
They appear in sunny and clear skies during
summer,
when the setting sun is blocked by small patches
of clouds
which cause the sun rays to shine like spot
lights from the western sky towards the east.
After the sun has set, the rays would disappear.
They just appear about 10 minutes before the sun
fully set.
They are not distinct in the beginning, with a
short appearance, but very spectacular.
