The aesthetics of light and shadows 光影的美學

English Summary 

     This is a record of the scenery that I saw in Hong Kong Park. The aesthetics of light and shadow are demonstrated in the scenery of the ponds that were cleaned recently. 

      The key factors that contributed to the aesthetics of light and shadow are: sun light, timing, and angle of viewing. 

      Though I haven't visited such places often, I often come across their most beautiful time. 

     This day, the deciduous cypress has also donned a new emerald green coat and I saw more than ten 'red butterflies' blooming.

香港公園的兩個大型人工池，

四月完成大清洗後，

重新注水，

現在水池非常清澈，

令景色之美前所未見！

Hong Kong Park 香港公園

五月初夏的一天，

正值午後陽光映照池水及植物，

特別明豔照人。

（按：原來這就是「浮光漾影」的浮光，在2022年再寫另一篇文章詳細描述。）

四周樹木的翠綠映入水中，

加上陽光猛烈，

令人眼前一亮，

精神為之一振。

多張池景的照片，

都比以往拍攝的效果更明亮，

便令我知道光影的美學，

關鍵在於：陽光、時間、角度。

今次並且留意到，

拍攝角度與太陽的照射方向，

令效果有所不同。

例如這張照片向東拍攝：

這兩張則相反，

向西拍攝，

「反光」更耀眼：

雖然我不是經常去某個地方，

但一舉首、一低頭，

卻往往剛巧遇上最美的一刻，

例如早前的金色落羽松、

三隻"馬蝶花"手挽着手、

白蝴蝶"蝶花莢蒾"、

盛放的櫻花樹等，

之後再去同一地點時都不復見。

這天，落羽松也換上了翠綠的新裝：

離開香港公園前，

在入口附近的花叢中，

見到十多隻"紅蝴蝶"開花，

看來此行收穫甚豐。

偶遇美麗的景色，

可遇不可求，

不過當我知道清洗池水後有此光影的效果，

希望將來可以再見。
